Cold water.
It is long practice in India to drink warm water after few months after delivery. But it hasn’t any benefits but surely has some disadvantages. Warm water is not consumed as much as that of cold water, so milk secretion decreases. Stool hardens and it leads to fissure in anal canal leading to pain and bleeding per anus. So after delivery plenty of water to be consumed that of room temperature. If there is question about water purity then boiled water to be consumed after letting it cool down completely.
